From the Santo Domingo region of Peru, this coffee has been decaffeinated by Swiss Water using clean, pure water. This results in a robust flavor that is well balanced and includes chocolate and apple tones with a lingering caramel sweetness. Suggested roast is Medium. This decaf packs a punch of flavor, and is excellent!
