From the Gayo region of Indonesia, an organic bean that has an array of earthy spices that mix agreeably with a syrupy body and notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, plum and black tea. A great cup of coffee and excellent for cold press. Preferred roast is Dark, however a lighter roast has shown to bring out the flavors even more.
Any SideHustle coffee bean can be roasted to your preference. Please email us at sales@sidehustlecoffeeroastersco.com if you would prefer a custom roast profile. Let us know if you want the bean light, medium, or dark. Please note there is a 3 bag minimum for a custom roast and payment is due on pickup for all custom orders.
